How do I shop on

1. Click on "Sign In" at the top of the page and create a new account.

2. Once account created, login to the website.

3. This will take you to the “Your Account” page where you can update and change your information.

4. Complete your address details under "Address Book".

5. You can then browse Istrodent Shop by different product categories which all appear on the navigation bar on the homepage. Click on one any of the categories and you will be directed to the page.

6. Once you in the category page, you will be able to click on a product of your choice or a subcategory if shown.

7. Choose your product(s).

8. Once you in the product page, you will be able to click “Add to Cart” if you wish to purchase the item.

9. You will then be taken to your shopping cart, where you will see the product you choose.

10. Click “Checkout” and follow the process if you would like to purchase, or click “Keep Shopping” if you would like to add more items.

11. Once you choose to checkout, follow the steps and check if the address is correct.

12. On the next page you will be able to choose the payment option.

13. We accept Visa, MasterCard and EFT payments through our website. Please note that if you choose an EFT payment, we will contact you shortly after you place the order with our banking details.

14. Once payment has been made your purchases will be couriered to you within 2-3 working days.
Where can I view the orders I have placed?

1. Log into your account

2. View the Navigation bar at the top and click on “Your Account”

3. Then click on “Order History” and you will be able to see all your orders placed.
What payment methods can I use?

Currently on our website we accept Visa, MasterCard and EFT payments.
How do I change or cancel my order?

Our system is designed to process and ship orders immediately. However, if you would like to change or cancel your order please contact us immediately on 011 608 1111 or and ask to speak with Ricky or Yahav.
How can I return an item I no longer want?

View the navigation bar at the top and click on “Customer Service”. Once you inside the customer service, click on "Return Requests" on the left panel and fill in the return form.

If you would like to return an item that you purchased on, please follow the instructions outlined below.

1. Items must be unused and returned within 7 days of receipt and may be subject to a restocking fee.

2. Pack the product(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories. All products must be unused to ensure credit.

3. Enclose the original invoice and a return note, listing the purchase(s) you are returning and why.

4. Secure the courier label to the carton. Make sure that you can clearly read the address to which it will go to.

5. If you are within close proximity we will gladly fetch the package, or alternatively please send the package back to Istrodent.

6. Before sending the returned item(s), please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.

7. Present the package to any courier service company.

8. Keep the courier service Return Tracking Number for your return in order to monitor delivery status.

We want you to be fully satisfied with every product that you purchase from If you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased, you may return the product within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping, handling, and other charges. Please note, however, that certain items cannot be returned.
